How do I make a booking?
You can make bookings via our contact form, email info@makhens.com, or by calling us at +45 42 32 11 59 (also available on WhatsApp).

How can I pay?
At Makhens, you can pay via invoice through Stripe, which supports bank transfers, PayPal, and Mastercard.
Alternatively, you can pay in cash up to DKK 14,999 per transaction, in compliance with Danish regulations effective March 1, 2024.
Can I adapt the booking as I desire?
Yes, you can customize your booking at any time to meet your needs. This includes accommodating multiple stops or different guests to be transported.
Additionally, we offer concierge services that you can include in your booking for a fully personalized experience for any occasion.
Do you offer services outside Copenhagen?
Although we are based in Copenhagen, we proudly offer services beyond the city. Our coverage extends throughout Denmark, including Jutland and Funen, ensuring you receive exceptional service wherever you are. This includes our concierge service: Gift delivery.
Can I cancel my booking and get a refund?
If you cancel more than 24 hours before pickup: We will issue a full refund.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before pickup: We will not issue a refund.
If you no-show*: We will not issue a refund.
*No-show refers to the Customer not showing up to the Agreement (the agreed time and place to be picked-up).
